| I represent a group of investors, we have been in operation for 7
years and own and invest in several successful business, including IT,
e-commerce (fund****online.com), we also own and operate one of the
largest participant sporting events in the country (Auckland Marathon)
and provide consulting advice to councils and other event organisers.
We have grown 2 businesses from start-up to successful small
businesses and we are seeking to reinvest profits. We operate on the
basis of investing unleveraged capital and being able to add value
from within our group.
Currently we have capital available to invest and are seeking
opportunities.
We have 4 people in our group and between us we have a strong mix of
business skills. 3 of us are based in Auckland and 1 is in Wellington.
We are not afraid to muck in when required to make a difference to the
bottom-line.
We are open to the level of involvement that we would seek, this would
depend on the value that we could add by getting involved. |
